Q3: Some mounting points seem unavailable. A: Partially tighten the fender and frame screws first, then fully tighten after confirming the position for easier adjustment.
Q4: The hook shape for the front wheel fender is incorrect. A: You can try adjusting the hook direction with pliers to fit properly.
Q5: The wheel reflectors keep sliding. A: Install them in the triangular area near the wheel center, where they are less likely to fall off.
Q6: The tire inner tube is exposed during riding. A: This is likely due to insufficient tire inflation.
Q7: Discrepancies between manual and actual product. A: We have updated the manual based on customer feedback to address common installation issues. However, some old versions may still be circulating. Please contact us if you encounter any problems.
